Food Group Classes Used 

1) The Proteins
(P) stands for Protein (Predominantly Protein Source - Egg, Chicken and Game, Red Meat with No starch, can also be classed as Fibrous Carb or Sweet etc depending on Main ingredients - codes are eventually added to each Food make over/Recipe) 

2) The Carbs
(FC) stands for Fibrous Carb (Predominantly Fibrous Source) 
(SC) stands for Starchy Carb (Predominantly Starchy Carb Source) 
(SSC) stands for Starchy Sweet Carb (Predominantly Sweet Starchy Carb Source) 
(S) stands for Sweet (Predominantly Sweet foods with No starch, can also be classed as Protein or Fat Source etc depending on Main ingredients - codes are eventually added to each Food make over/Recipe) 

3) The Fats
(F) stands for Fats (Predominantly EFA source)
